Endpoints
GET /exchange/orders— paginated order history.GET /exchange/trades— paginated trade (fill) history.
filledSize — the size already executed, in base-asset units, or null where the venue does not report it or the order predates the field.
Both endpoints accept exchanges, cursor, and limit, and return { cursor, items }. Order history additionally accepts orderBy (updatedAt by default, or createdAt). cursor is null on the last page; pass it back on the next request to continue.
