# Funding rate history for a single market

> Returns hourly funding rate data points for a single market over the requested time range. Each rate is normalized to 1 hour, so exchanges with multi-hour funding intervals (e.g. 8h on Aster) report the per-hour equivalent. Missing buckets are backward-filled from the most recent known rate.
